  2.        (A)NSI Color - on/off
  3.  
  4.             This command, when enabled, will allow color on those
  5.             systems properly configured. There are three requirements
  6.             for this. First, the caller must have set his communication
  7.             parameters to 8 bits, no parity. Secondly, he must be
  8.             running a program that supports it: Qmodem, Procomm, and
  9.             Pibterm are three that do. (Most require that ANSI.SYS be
  10.             installed on the home system, by putting the line
  11.             DEVICE=ANSI.SYS in the CONFIG.SYS file.)  Thirdly, of
  12.             course, he must have a color monitor.
  13.
